A Market in Transformation
The Indian workspace market itself is undergoing historic change. In the first half of 2025, office leasing climbed to 48.9 million sq. ft., the highest ever recorded for a half-year, signalling renewed confidence across corporate India. At the same time, flexible workspace operators reached a new milestone in 2024, clocking 12.4 million sq. ft. of gross leasing, a 57.5 percent year-on-year jump as enterprises leaned into hybrid and “Core + Flex” strategies (Source: Colliers India, CBRE Research). Flexible offices now account for 14–20 percent of total office demand, reflecting how decisively workplace priorities have shifted. Industry estimates suggest this momentum will carry forward, with India’s flexible workspace market projected to reach around 126 million sq. ft. by 2027–28, valued at $9 billion and growing at a 15 percent CAGR (Source: Colliers India). Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Hyderabad are leading the charge, with Bengaluru alone hosting over 15.5 million sq. ft. of flex space. Within this dynamic landscape, Simpliwork has emerged as an early pioneer, guiding enterprises and GCCs scale with confidence, quality, and speed.
