Built On Outcomes: How 8 Views Built A 100+ Member Digital Powerhouse

From early digital conviction to outcome-led growth, 8 Views has spent a decade building systems that turn marketing into measurable business impact.

In 2015, digital marketing in India was still finding its feet. Brands were curious but cautious. Most agencies were hedging their bets, keeping one hand in traditional media and dipping the other into digital. It was, in every sense, a blue ocean - wide open, largely uncharted, and waiting for someone willing to go deep rather than wide. That is exactly what 8 Views chose to do.

Co-founded by Niranjan Pagadala and Sriram Raju, the 100+ member Hyderabad-based marketing agency started with a conviction that set them apart from the very beginning - that the most valuable thing they could offer a brand was not just creative or content, but a measurable contribution to business outcomes. When most agencies were walking into client meetings promising great campaigns, 8 Views was asking a different question: what does success look like for the business, and how do we connect marketing to that?

They caught digital early and rather than treat it as one channel among many, they went deep into it at a time when the rest of the industry was still educating clients on why digital mattered. As the market matured and more agencies piled in, 8 Views had already built expertise that newer entrants would take years to replicate.

They also made deliberate choices about where not to play. E-commerce and D2C remained minimal on their roster. Instead, the agency sharpened its focus on two areas where depth creates the clearest advantage: content and lead generation. The kind of clients who need to generate qualified leads at scale - education, real estate, healthcare, large conglomerates - need an agency that understands their business.

The client list today reflects a decade of that positioning. GMR Group, Aparna Constructions, Hetero, Brigade Group, Natural Salons and more. These are organisations operating at serious scale, and the trust they have placed in an agency built in Hyderabad speaks to what 8 Views has consistently delivered.

In recent years, the agency has also expanded its thinking about what a brand needs to grow. Recognising that the most amplified results come from activating a brand across multiple fronts simultaneously, 8 Views has brought offline marketing and integrated campaigns into its offering. A brand that is activated across digital, content, performance, and on-ground does not just add those channels - the results multiply. That understanding now shapes how they approach client partnerships entirely.

The story has also grown beyond the agency itself. 8 Views built two technology products alongside the core business. Yellow Slate, one of India's largest school search engines, now draws over three lakh parents to its platform every month. Scale Dino is a CRM built specifically to manage and track leads - a product that reflects years of thinking carefully about the gap between marketing activity and actual sales outcomes. Both reflect founders who see technology as something to build, not just use.

The geographic ambition is expanding too. With clients now in Bangalore and early relationships forming in the United States, 8 Views is actively building its presence beyond Hyderabad - and doing so from a position of strength rather than necessity.

And then there is AI. Just as the founders caught digital early in 2015 and rode that wave with discipline and depth, they see a parallel moment arriving now. The opportunity to bring AI into marketing and business automation - to fundamentally change how companies operate - is one they are already moving into. But with a position they hold firmly: the originality of creative thinking, the irreducible human quality of storytelling and art, is not something they are willing to trade away. AI accelerates and enables. It does not replace the idea. That distinction matters to them, and increasingly, it matters to their clients too.

Running an independent agency for ten years is harder than it looks from the outside. Most hit a ceiling in the middle years. The founding energy disperses. Growth flattens. The ones that endure are the ones that keep finding reasons to evolve - and the discipline to stay focused while doing it.

There is one detail about Niranjan Pagadala that does not appear in many credential documents but seems quietly relevant to the story. He has played Ranji Trophy cricket for Hyderabad. The discipline that shapes a cricketer - the patience, the structure, the understanding that teams win through systems not individual brilliance alone - tends to travel into whatever a person builds next.

For Hyderabad - and for anyone watching what is possible when focus and patience are treated as competitive advantages - that question, asked seriously for ten years running, has produced something genuinely worth noting.
