Pine Gas and Jag Vasant have successfully crossed the conflict-hit Strait of Hormuz and are expected to reach India within the next two days, carrying about 92,000 tonnes of LPG, roughly a day’s supply of cooking gas.
According to Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Special Secretary in India’s Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, the ships departed the Persian Gulf on Monday
The vessels sailed between Larak Island and Qeshm Island, possibly to clearly signal their identity to Iranian authorities.
