Born into a family of entrepreneurs, multi-skilled business expert Saurabh Chhabra developed a keen interest in business management from an early age. Coming from a dense agricultural background, Saurabh has developed a love for sustainability which led to the foundation of his two businesses, Krishna Agro Industries and Chhabra Agro Industries, both incredibly profitable and widely recognized internationally for impressive innovations.
While pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, he received an excellence award for getting a position equivalent to 1% top candidate. Shortly after, he co-founded a partnership entity firm to produce agricultural-related products.
His first company, Chhabra Agro Industries, is renowned for its oil extraction and distillation machinery. He created a mixer for unmetalled, bumpy roads in rural locations with limited connectivity using waste materials gathered during the mint oil manufacturing process. In addition, the business serves as an affordable combustible substitute for industrial boilers, a significant contribution that involves using innovative techniques to help benefit the country in various ways.
Mr. Chhabra co-founded Krishna Agro Industries, which has worked on multiple government-based manufacturing and agriculture projects. Thanks to his unparalleled communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, he has developed and secured numerous government contracts and bids for projects valued at up to $2 million, positioning Mr. Chhabra as an experience business expert leader throughout India.
Saurabh Chhabra completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Panjab University of India in 2012. Upon earning this degree, he completed a Master of Science, Project Management & Data Analytics degree in 2019 from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He first served as project manager for an India-based global branding and consulting agency, credited with developing application page flows and managing the multifaceted food delivery app. He has also worked at a New Jersey-based non-profit organization, overseeing a valuable food waste prevention project. He helped the company boost engagement with over 300 local clients and collaborate with government organizations and not-for-profits.
In addition, Saurabh has also held a leading role as a project manager for reputed US corporations, including multiple finance companies and a leading global tech organization based in California, where he managed the email implementation project for their customer interaction department, ensuring better customer satisfaction. His consistent efforts were necessary when the organization was dealing with a shortage of skilled project managers in the United States.
Working with leading US companies has helped Saurabh Chhabra develop strong analytical skills and business acumen that allows him to identify key areas of improvement, perform various types of analysis, and recommend viable solutions. This experience has helped multiple firms increase their revenue and achieve their digital transformation goals, which ultimately led to the establishment of his dual companies, Chhabra Agro Industries and Krishna Agro Industries, and shows Saurabh Chhabra’s multiple extraordinary abilities within both the business and sustainability industries.
More recently, he was also awarded a contract with the Food Corporation of India, which is evidently a grand national achievement given that securing government contracts is often a tedious, time-consuming, and labor-intensive task that requires a lot of dedication, strategic thinking, successful record of agricultural goods production, and critical thinking. It’s likely the reason only a few of the millions of people who apply are selected and awarded these contracts, gaining the opportunity to serve the food items that are delivered to the whole nation, with Saurabh being one of them.
Speaking of his numerous achievements, Saurabh Chhabra, known to be a pleasant, intelligent, good listener, and generally quick learner, says, “Since I was a little child, I have gone to my father's workplace on holidays and have learned the basics of managing a successful business. I've always been drawn to nature, and I discovered that he is passionate about giving back to the community. I've always known that working in agriculture is difficult because everything is based on the weather. But I always believed that “Where there is a will, there is a way,” which has helped me forge my own path.”
