In essence, plug-and-play APIs democratize automation. They lower entry barriers for mid-sized commercial assets, co-working operators, hospitals and educational campuses that were once priced out of intelligent infrastructure.

As India’s smart city and energy transition agendas accelerate, the next frontier lies in creating connected networks of buildings rather than isolated smart structures. Through open and modular APIs, buildings can eventually exchange operational data with utilities, grids, and city systems in real time – improving coordination and energy efficiency among other things.
