Let’s decode the best celebrity bridal looks of 2023, and how they got everyone talking.

It would not be wrong to say that 2023 was all about dream-like Bollywood weddings. From Kiara Advani and Athiya Shetty to Parineeti Chopra and Mahira Khan, there were multiple celebrity brides this year and we must say, they not only impressed their fans with their outfits but also with their choice of jewellery and makeup.

Certainly, the B-town celebs took away the hearts of millions of their fans with their elaborate wedding. However, it was the stunning bridal ensembles that served as fashion inspiration. Of course, minimal makeup and pastel hues dominated the bridal fashion, and the contemporary outfits left a lasting impression on their fans:

So, let’s take a look at the memorable celebrity bridal looks that wowed everyone this year:

Kiara Advani

The stunning actress got married to Sidharth Malhotra on February 7. For her royal Rajasthan wedding in Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh palace, Kiara wore a custom-made Manish Malhotra ombre lehenga and it had hues of empress rose. She accentuated her outfit with a statement diamond and Zambian emerald necklace. Her oversized studs and dainty maang-tikka made her look breathtaking.

Athiya Shetty

Athiya Shetty tied the knot this year with cricketer KL Rahul, and for the occasion, she wore an Anamika Khanna lehenga. Her unconventional outfit was of a powder pink chikankari lehenga with zardozi and jaali work. The lehenga has a full-sleeve choli and matching dupatta. She completed her look with statement bridal necklaces, and turned it into one of the biggest trends of 2023. She also wore huge earrings and minimal maang-tikka.

Masaba Gupta

Masaba Gupta got married to Satyadeep Misra this year, and took everyone by surprise with her barfi pink raw silk lehenga from her brand House of Masaba. The outfit featured gold embroidery and she paired it with a lime-green dupatta. She also paired it up with her jewellery and even Masaba shared in one of her Instagram posts: "I wanted a customised 'Chand Taara' inspired by South Indian headgears because the sun is energy - the protector and giver of life. And the various phases of the moon affect us in ways we don't even recognise."

Parineeti Chopra

Parineeti Chopra tied the knot with Raghav Chadha on September 24 in Rajasthan. For the special day, she wore a Manish Malhotra creation, and guess what? Her ecru-coloured hand-crafted wedding ensemble took 2,500 hours to make. The outfit featured a linear geometric pattern, and the actress paired it up with a mesh blouse, tulle dupatta, and a dramatic veil. She wrapped up her look with a multi-tiered necklace featuring uncuts, Zambian and Russian emeralds, along with earrings, a maang-tikka, and haathphool.
