Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur Join Deepika Padukone In Allu Arjun-Atlee's AA22xA6 - Report

Earlier in April this year, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun and filmmaker Atlee announced their collaboration for a 'spectacular' VFX-driven actioner, which is tentatively titled, AA22xA6. Two months later, makers announced Deepika Padukone boarding the film. They also shared a video, where we got a fleeting glimpse of her character. The latest report suggests that Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur are also part of the magnum opus.

India Today quoted a source saying that all three actresses have joined Allu Arjun’s AA22xA6. "The film is getting bigger with four big heroines as lead," the source revealed and also mentioned that Deepika, Janhvi, Rashmika and Mrunal are all set to play important roles in this big-budget extravaganza. "There is buzz that one more female lead will be signed on in the coming days," added the source.

If this news happens to be true, then it will be Rashmika and Allu Arjun's reunion after the two instalments of Pushpa.

The project is mounted on a mega scale. It is backed by Sun Group’s Kalanithi Maran. It is said that Atlee is planning something as spectacular and grand as the Avatar franchise.

The shooting for AA22xA6 has already started, and it is expected to be wrapped by the second half of 2026.

Earlier, Atlee, in a statement, shared, "This is the film I have always dreamed of making and it’s taken years of quiet work to shape the screenplay into something I truly believe in,'' and added, "To now bring it to life with the Icon Star Allu Arjun Sir, under the visionary leadership of Kalanithi Maran Sir at Sun Pictures, is nothing short of a dream come true."
