Sarzameen Teaser: Prithviraj Sukumaran, Ibrahim Ali Khan Take On Each Other In The Intense Thriller, Co-Starring Kajol

Dharma Productions, on Monday, unveiled the teaser of their upcoming film Sarzameen starring Kajol, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan. The film marks Ibrahim's second film after Netflix's Nadaaniyan, with Khushi Kapoor. Set against the backdrop Jammu and Kashmir terrorism, the film promises to be an intriguing high-stakes drama.

The teaser shows Prithviraj Sukumaran playing a soldier, Vijay Menon. He has apparently lost someone and wants to risk his life to save the country, fighting the terrorists in the Kashmir valley. Kajol, who looks as graceful as ever, seems to play his on-screen wife Meera and both share emotional and heartwarming moments in the teaser.

In Sarzameen teaser, Ibrahim Ali Khan's Harman shows off his toned physique and seen in a beard and moustache. He can be seen removing his shirt, as he reveals the bruises on his back. Saif Ali Khan's son is playing an antagonist in the film. The teaser hints at him playing a terrorist. However, the details of his character are kept under wraps.

The one minute thirty seconds teaser starts with Prithviraj Sukumaran's character fighting the enemies, as he says, "Bohot badi galti kardi hai tumne. Maine pehle bhi kaha tha, Sarzameen ki salamati se badhkar mere liye kuch nahi."

The teaser also gives a glimpse of Prithviraj and Ibrahim's face-off in the picturesque snow-capped valleys.

Netizens are excited about Kajol and Prithviraj's collaboration as the film marks their first project together. Ibrahim has also impressed his fans with his first look, but time will tell whether he will be able to keep the same impression alive or not.

Sarzameen has been directed by Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani. The film will premiere on Jio Hotstar on July 25. The shoot of the film was wrapped up by the end of 2023. It was supposed to be Ibrahim's debut film.
