Kangana Ranaut Calls Out Sonam Kapoor For Mocking Her English On 'Koffee With Karan'

Actress Kangana Ranaut has called out Sonam Kapoor who was mocking the actress for her English-speaking skills on 'Koffee With Karan'.

Kangana Ranaut is someone who never minces her words. She has always been at loggerheads with filmmaker Karan Johar. Yet again, she has taken a dig at Karan and his chat show 'Koffee With Karan'. It was during one of the episodes of the show Kangana called out KJo for 'nepotism' and called him 'movie mafia'. Since then it hasn't ended. Every now and then, the 'Queen' actress slams him. She has shared an old clip of Sonam Kapoor from the show where the latter mocked Kangana for her English.

In the clip, Karan is seen asking Sonam, “If you have the power to give celebrities these aspects who would you give that to - the ability to speak English fluently.” Sonam took Kangana's name but she also praised her fashion sense.

Ranaut, commenting on the clip on her Instagram Stories wrote, “What I learned from years of fights with film mafia is that no outsider will ever be mocked for not speaking English…also that show is officially closed forever.”

The actress further wrote, “Please don't miss my comeback in the end. Even at 24 after being openly bullied, humiliated and mocked I showed grace sophistication articulation and humility which English speaking gossipy aunties with so called great upbringing can never…

The 'Manikarnika' actress also shared a clip of actor Dev Anand and wrote that when she was new in films one person who called her often and offered her roles in his directorial films was Dev Anand and he was appreciative of her talent even when she was struggling.

On the professional front, Kangana will be seen in 'Emergency' where she is playing former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. It is releasing on November 24. She also has 'Tejas' in her kitty.
