Akshay Kumar Confirms 'Housefull 5' Has Been Pushed To May 2025

The release date of 'Housefull 5' has been pushed to May 6, 2025.

Akshay Kumar's 'Housefull 5' will now be releasing on a new date. Official statements say that the reason for this delay is because of the VFX work, which needs more time. The film, which was originally supposed to hit the screens on Diwali next year, has been pushed to May 6, 2025.

Akshay Kumar took to his social media accounts to announce the same. He assured fans “5 times the entertainment is on its way!”

Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the comedic film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

'Housefull 3' (2016) was helmed by Sajid-Farhad with 'Housefull 4' (2019) only directed by Farhad Samji. The third installement saw an addition of Abhishek Bachchan with Jacqueline Fernandes, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon. Meanwhile, 'Housefull 4' saw a whole new cast - Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda.
