Lucknow, May 22: Along with the education system, the Yogi government is continuously strengthening the efficiency, digital skills, and administrative capacity of employees and officers. Under the Mission Karmayogi training programme, Uttar Pradesh has shown major progress at a fast pace.
According to the figures, more than 5.41 lakh employees in the state have successfully completed more than four training modules. This accounts for 88.16 per cent of the total registered employees. The state government is rapidly working towards making the administrative system technology-based, accountable, and result-oriented.
Through Mission Karmayogi, employees are being connected with digital working systems, e-governance, and modern administrative efficiency, which is helping in making the school education system more effective.
This training campaign has strengthened employees' efficiency as well as the monitoring system, implementation of schemes, and service delivery system. The Yogi government's initiative is being seen as an important step towards transforming Uttar Pradesh's administrative system from a traditional structure into a digital, efficient, and result-based system.
The objective of the training programme is to connect employees with modern administrative working methods, digital platforms, and an effective service system so that the benefits of government schemes can quickly reach the ground level. The state government is now giving priority to technology-based models in both education and administration.
According to the progress report, out of the total 7,00,000 employees in the state, 6,14,245 employees have registered on the portal. Out of these, 5,41,512 employees have completed more than four training courses. Notably, only 0.50 per cent of employees in the state have zero learning, while most employees are continuously completing training modules.
Several districts have shown remarkable performance in Mission Karmayogi training. In Baghpat, 97.24 per cent of employees completed more than four courses, while Sant Kabir Nagar recorded 97.13 per cent.
Apart from this, 95.68 per cent of employees in Mathura and Basti, 94.95 per cent in Barabanki, 94.21 per cent in Shravasti, and 92.94 per cent in Siddharthnagar successfully completed more than four training modules.
In Aligarh, 94.22 per cent of employees completed the training, while the figures stand at 91.09 per cent in Varanasi, 89.70 per cent in Lucknow, and 87.09 per cent in Prayagraj.
The Yogi government has already been rapidly promoting digital monitoring, e-office systems, technology-based education management, and online training systems. Now, through Mission Karmayogi, efforts are being made to further strengthen employees' capacity building and work culture.
