Who wouldn’t love to fly without fearing the expiration of miles? The thought of keeping in mind when to use miles, the agony of them expiring or even forgetting they exist when you need it can play havoc in the minds of travellers. But Jet Airways has decided to be a traveller’s friend and are doing away with the expiration of the miles one accumulates on their flights! Yes, you read that right, JetPrivilege, the award winning loyalty and rewards programme and the
frequent flyer programme of Jet Airways, is moving away from expiring miles for their members, as long as they have one eligible activity in their membership account over the last 18 months.

This programme change is effective June 30, 2018 onwards and makes JetPrivilege the only Indian loyalty and rewards programme without mileage expiration.

What does an Eligible Activity entail?
• Flying with Jet Airways, Etihad Airways or transacting with any of the programme’s 150+ partners
• Redeeming JPMiles for an Award Flight on Jet Airways or its airline partners
• Redeeming JPMiles for 1000+ rewards across categories on JetPrivilege Reward Store or at Indian Oil outlets

Commenting on this programme enhancement, Manish Dureja, managing director, JetPrivilege, said, “At JetPrivilege, we strongly believe in innovative ways to enhance the value for our members. This new concept of members miles not expiring is yet another path-breaking initiative to deliver a rewarding experience, complemented with multiple miles earning and redemption opportunities through our 150+ programme partners offering ease, scale, variety and convenience . ”

There will be no change to the validity dates of JPMiles earned by the member prior to June 30, 2018.

Currently celebrating the completion of 25 successful years in Indian and international skies, Jet Airways is thanking its guests with a lucky draw for those booking on the website jetairways.com and its mobile app between June 1-30, 2018.
