Donyell Malen (34') and Noa Lang (90+6') did their bit for the Netherlands to take the game to the distance. The Oranje have not won an international trophy since winning the 1988 European Championship, finishing runners-up in three World Cups - in 1974, 1978, and 2010. Croatia will face either Spain or Italy, who play their semi-final match on Thursday.
