South Africa is set to host the ICC Men's Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2024 after successfully hosting the Under-19 Women's World Cup last year. The group stage fixtures of the main tournament will start on 19th January, but before that, 16 warm-up matches are scheduled to be played from January 13 to January 17. (More Cricket News)

Indian U-19 team are in South Africa playing a tri-nation series against Afghanistan and hosts South Africa. India will clash with Australia in the inaugural warm-up match on January 13 at Tshwane University of Technology Oval in Pretoria. Hosts South Africa will take on Pakistan at the St Stithians Main Oval in Johannesburg in their first warm-up match.

A total of 16 teams are participating in this year's Under-19 World Cup. All teams will play two warm-up matches before approaching the main tournament. Namibia and the United States Of America are also included in this year's World Cup.

Warm-up matches will be played from the 13th to the 17th of January in four different venues in South Africa. Pretoria and Johannesburg are the two cities where all the warm-up fixtures will be played. Four matches will be played every day except for January 15 when no fixture is scheduled.
