In a heart-stopping incident that unfolded on Thursday, a remarkable video capturing the desperate escape of students from a fire-engulfed coaching center in Delhi's Mukherjee Nagar has gained widespread attention on social media. The footage showcases a harrowing scene as students, faced with imminent danger, rely on wires to descend through the windows while smoke engulfs the top floor. Immediate rescue efforts were initiated, with a total of 11 fire tenders swiftly arriving at the site, according to PTI Reports.

Fortunately, as reported by the Delhi Fire Service, no injuries have been reported thus far, despite the alarming circumstances. Delhi Police PRO Suman Nalwa assured the public that while a few students sustained minor injuries, no significant damage or casualties were recorded. The incident was triggered by a fire in the electricity meter of the building, causing panic among the students who found themselves engulfed in thick smoke.

The video, shared by the fire department, displays the heroic efforts of firemen as they skillfully rescue individuals, predominantly students, through the windows during the intense fire-fighting operation. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, leaving officials and the public seeking answers regarding this alarming incident.
