Viral Video: Leopard And Its Cub Enter Sets Of Marathi TV Serial In Mumbai's Film City

On Wednesday (July 26), wild guests visited Goregaon Film City, Mumbai. A leopard and its cub entered the sets of a Marathi TV serial and created havoc among the people. In the video that has gone viral on social media, the leopard and the cub were seen sauntering on the set. It is not the first time, the scary incident happened in film city. Earlier too there had been several such incidents of wild animals entering sets. 

All Indian Cine Workers Association president Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, speaking about the incident said that it has been the third or fourth such instance within the last 10 days and the government is not taking strong measures towards this. He told news agency ANI, "More than 200 people were present at the set, someone could have lost life. This has been the third or fourth such instance within the last 10 days. Govt is not taking strong measures towards this".

He also warned that if no firm action was taken to stop such incidents in the area, all the artists will go on strike in the film city.

The incident reportedly took place at 4 pm on Wednesday and in the video the wild animal was seen jumping from one spot to another and walking up above one of the structures of the set. 

In the same month, last week, a similar incident happened as a leopard entered the sets of a TV serial at the Film City and created panic among the staffers, workers and visitors. A partially eaten carcass of a dog was also found that triggered more fear among the people there.
