The leading actress of 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' Shruti Haasan, has taken the time out to address rumours that are circulating around her personal life.
On Tuesday night, she took to her Instagram Stories to address some baseless claims about her marriage to her long-time boyfriend, Santanu Hazarika. The rumours started to circulate following a mention by Bollywood's best friend, Orry, who referred to Santanu as Shruti's ‘husband.'
It exactly began when Orry took to social media to conduct an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session and tried to answer many questions that were put in by netizens. One of the many questions read, "Hi Orry, has there been a celebrity who has shown you an unnecessary attitude while posing for a photo?? If you can’t take a name just give hints."

In response to his, Orry remembered the 'Salaar' actress being unnecessarily rude to him. He said, "Shruti Haasan. Not for posing because I never asked her, but she was very very rude to me at an event that I had actually got her into and I don’t even know her!"
He added, “Felt very bad, but there was probably some misunderstanding because I am good with her husband and I adore him. This will get sorted out in time. However, I heard from the rumour mill she called me a “Pune” (peon) like a spot boy or smth."
Now whether or not Orry will respond to this statement by the actress, is still not known. However, audiences are encouraging Shruti to keep away from such gossip.
