Lohri festivities may have been low-key due to Omicron worries and soaring Covid-19 levels, but Bollywood celebrities made sure to spend time with their families. While actress Kajol was with her family for the festival, newlywed Yami Gautam was all smiles with her sister. A slew of superstars from the Hindi film industry turned to social media to share how they celebrated the holiday.
Yami Gautam’s sister and actor Surilie Gautam shared a photo and wrote, “Happy First Lohri to my most beautiful #lohricelebration #love #togetherness #family @yamigautam.” Gautam looked resplendent in a red saree and heavy jewellery while her husband and director Aditya Dhar were missing in the click.

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif enjoyed their first Lohri as a married pair. Kaushal and Kaif both posted photos of the festivities on their Instagram profiles. Kaushal uploaded a snapshot of himself carrying Kaif in his arms as they celebrated Lohri over a campfire. While Kaushal was dressed in winter casuals, Kaif was dressed in a red salwar kameez that she teamed with a black bomber jacket to keep warm.
Katrina Kaif posted a couple more clips from the celebrations on her Instagram Stories. In the photographs, the couple can be seen beaming from ear to ear, and Kaushal can't seem to keep his gaze away from Kaif.

On the festival of Lohri, Sonu Sood was seen singing a traditional song, and actress Neetu Kapoor also let us inside her small party. Varun Dhawan, on the other hand, was spotted enjoying a cosy bonfire during Lohri and posted a video of it on his Instagram account.
