'Tejas' Trailer Out: Kangana Ranaut As IAF Pilot Says, 'Aab Jung Honi Chahiye’ As She Declares War Against Terrorism

Kangana Ranaut 'Tejas' trailer is finally out! Kangana is playing Air Force pilot Tejas Gill. As October 8 marks Indian Air Force Day, the actress unveiled the trailer of 'Tejas' on the special day. 

Kangana is seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the film. It will show her journey as an IAF pilot and what challenges and hurdles she goes through fighting for the nation.

'Tejas' is called 'India's first aerial action movie'. The trailer opens with a series of IAF fighter jets in combat. It is shown that an Indian spy has been caught in Pakistan and Kangana goes on the rescue mission. She says, “Every time, dialogue cannot be the solution. Sometimes, you need to fight it out with your enemy on the battlefield.”

The film is set in 2016 when this historic mission took place with a female fighter pilot leading it. 

Sharing the trailer on X platform, Kangana wrote, ''Ab aasman se dushman pe waar hoga, ab jung ka elaan hoga! Ye woh Bharat hai, jisko chhedoge toh woh chhodega nahi!  #AirForceDay''.

The actress underwent rigorous four-month training to master the special combat techniques used in the Indian forces. 'Tejas' is written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. It is all set to hit the theatres on October 27.
