Ministry of Commerce and Industry Presents “Certificate of Appreciation”
In the “States’ Startup Ecosystem Ranking (5th Edition)” released by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Uttarakhand has been recognised as a ‘Leader’ for developing a robust startup ecosystem. For this achievement, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to the Industries Department of the Government of Uttarakhand on the occasion of National Startup Day. This honour makes it clear that Uttarakhand has succeeded in linking innovation, entrepreneurship, investment promotion and youth to self-employment through its startup policy, which is now being appreciated at the national level. Uttarakhand's achievement is also being viewed as a model on a national scale.
