The Scale Apprehension: Will It Hold at a Billion Decisions?

The architecture is stateless and memoryless. Every decision in the multi-token chain is processed independently of every other. No accumulated state. No adaptive drift.

Time complexity per request is O(n × m) — bounded regardless of prior load. At ten thousand decisions per second, the governance logic is identical to the first decision ever processed.

HTTP became the web’s foundation not because it was the most sophisticated protocol, but because it was stateless, scalable, and identical at one request and at one billion. The 0→1 governance chain is built on the same invariant. Scale affects throughput only. It must never affect the decision.

The Infrastructure Apprehension: What Does It Actually Require?

The architecture runs on standard servers. The full multi-token governance chain requires no proprietary hardware across the stack.
