After completing his MBA in Sales & Marketing from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, Sunil began his career with ICICI Bank. The corporate environment exposed him to structured business practices, customer relationship management and performance driven operations. While those experiences shaped his professional outlook, entrepreneurship remained his long-term aspiration.

That aspiration brought him back to Vibgyor Group, the family business established by his father in 1975.

By then, Vibgyor had earned a strong reputation as a trusted painting company, delivering projects for homeowners, businesses and some of South India's leading developers. Rather than simply continuing the company's legacy, Sunil saw an opportunity to expand its vision. Over the last two decades, he diversified into premium home interiors, modular manufacturing, smart home automation and enterprise software, gradually evolving into an integrated solutions company serving multiple segments of the construction and interiors industry.

Leading this transformation gave Sunil something far more valuable than business growth—it gave him a close understanding of how the industry actually operates.

Every completed project highlighted the same reality. While design capabilities, materials and customer expectations had advanced significantly, the operational systems supporting the Interiors Industry had not evolved at the same pace. Sales teams managed enquiries through spreadsheets, project updates moved across emails and messaging applications, procurement relied on disconnected processes and critical decisions often depended on manual coordination between departments.

The challenge was never the capability of the people.

It was the inability of information to move as efficiently as the teams themselves.

Sunil realised that many operational challenges in the Interiors Industry were not caused by a lack of talent or commitment, but by fragmented systems that prevented businesses from working as one connected organisation and scale without chaos.

This insight became the foundation of Infinitree Solutions.
