Receiving the Outlook Business Spotlight Nation Builders Excellence Award 2025 is a moment of deep gratitude for me. Awards such as these are not simply acknowledgments; they are affirmations of belief, of hard work, of values carried forward in times of both triumph and trial. More than anything, this recognition reminds me that businesses are not built in isolation—they are built on trust, on vision, and on the shared journey of teams, partners, and communities.

For me, business has always been about impact. Numbers matter, yes, but what truly defines growth is the difference we make in people’s lives. I have never seen profitability and purpose as contradictory; to me, they walk hand in hand. A company that grows without responsibility is building on fragile foundations. Real progress is measured in resilience, in integrity, and in the opportunities created for others.

Aspect Global Ventures is an extension of this philosophy. As its Executive Chairperson, I see Aspect as more than a firm. It is a platform to nurture ambition with accountability, to empower entrepreneurs who are shaping India’s tomorrow. From fintech innovators bringing banking services to underserved populations, to green ventures addressing sustainability, our mission is to fund ideas that build wealth and meaning together. My vision for Aspect Global Ventures is to create a platform that nurtures India’s most promising ventures in technology and sustainability. As the Vice President of the India Bullion and Jewellers Association, I want to see India recognized as the world’s most transparent and responsible bullion hub.
