Women Bodybuilders Flex Their Muscles In Historic Assam Event

In a first for female bodybuilders, Assam hosted a one-day event in Guwahati on Saturday (April 2) where five women bodybuilder competed. A female bodybuilder from Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra were among the five. Assam have been holding men’s version of the event for over three decades and this competition was a major breakthrough in the state’s sports history. (Photos: AP)
