The world’s largest martial arts organization returns with its penultimate Prime Video event of 2025, with ONE Fight Night 37: Kryklia vs. Agdeve set to broadcast on Friday, November 7.
Airing live in U.S. primetime, this nine-bout card will feature the crowning of an inaugural ONE World Champion and the rise of new World Title contenders across multiple combat sports disciplines.
That said, here are five of the biggest storylines of this high-stakes spectacle in Bangkok, Thailand.
Two unstoppable forces of nature collide in the main event of ONE Fight Night 37.
The inaugural ONE Heavyweight Kickboxing World Title will be crowned when two-sport and two-division ONE World Champion Roman Kryklia faces undefeated Turkish striker Samet “The King” Agdeve in a colossal five-round showdown.
Kryklia has earned a reputation as one of the most feared strikers alive through his unparalleled dominance in ONE Championship.
The Ukrainian behemoth currently reigns as ONE Light Heavyweight Kickboxing and Heavyweight Muay Thai World Champion, and he captured the silver belt in the 2022 Heavyweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix.
He’s 7-0 in ONE with six finishes, riding a 15-fight winning streak and a 51-7 career record.
The 6-foot-6 tower of power is nimble on his feet, using deceptive speed to detonate on his victims with crushing force.
Kryklia showcased that deadly mix in his most recent victory, dropping former WBC Muay Thai World Champion Lyndon Knowles three times in one round to defend his heavyweight Muay Thai crown at ONE Fight Night 30 last April.
The 34-year-old brick house looks to add a third ONE World Title to his collection and cement his legacy as the most decorated heavyweight.
But standing in his way is a freight train with no brakes.
Agdeve enters the promotion unbeaten in 17 career fights. The 21-year-old debutant has proven equally lethal, stopping 12 opponents before the final bell.
“The King” terrorized the European kickboxing scene by conquering the SENSHI Heavyweight Grand Prix crown.
Now, he’s one stunning upset away from superstardom — stripping Kryklia’s aura of invincibility and becoming ONE’s first-ever heavyweight kickboxing king.
In the co-main event, explosive strikers Nico “King of the North” Carrillo and Luke “The Chef” Lessei will throw down to see who moves up the pecking order of the talent-stacked featherweight Muay Thai division.
Carrillo notched four straight finishes at bantamweight, erasing Thai icons Nong-O Hama and Saemapetch Fairtex in brutal fashion.
The Scotsman brought the same finishing instinct to 155 pounds when he flatlined Sitthichai “Killer Kid” Sitsongpeenong with a body shot at ONE Fight Night 30 in April.
Riding that momentum, Carrillo seeks another highlight-reel knockout against Lessei. The Iowa native’s “American Muay Thai” has dazzled fans with his high-volume and creative striking.
Lessei bounced back from an up-and-down start with a first-round TKO of Cody Jerome in January.
The 29-year-old Midwesterner is itching to return to the top five and snatch Carrillo’s fourth-place spot.
Another clash with major ramifications in the bantamweight Muay Thai division sees #4-ranked Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon take on #5-ranked Abdulla “Smash Boy” Dayakaev.
Both ONE Friday Fights alumni earned six-figure contracts and have torn through elite competition since.
Rambolek has won four straight on the main roster, including victories over Parham Gheirati and Dmitrii “The Silent Assassin” Kovtun.
The 22-year-old from Superbon Training Camp has overwhelmed adversaries with relentless forward aggression and exceptional ring intelligence.
But the surging Dayakaev poses a different challenge for the 66-14 Thai star.
The 23-year-old Dagestani has lived up to his “Smash Boy” moniker, delivering a comeback finish of Saemapetch.
His 24-second blitz of Nontachai Jitmuangnon in July stands as the fastest stoppage in ONE Muay Thai history.
Two unblemished stars carry perfect records into high-stakes MMA battles that could reshape their respective division’s landscape.
Undefeated submission specialist Elbek Alyshov looks to continue his destructive run when he meets Filipino finisher Carlo “The Bull” Bumina-ang in bantamweight action.
The 26-year-old Azerbaijani-Russian made waves in his promotional debut at ONE Fight Night 34, submitting Jeremy Pacatiw with an arm-triangle choke to push his record to a flawless 9-0.
With eight submissions on his resume, Alyshov’s suffocating grappling game has proven nearly unstoppable. However, he faces a well-rounded Filipino opponent who’s coming off consecutive first-round stoppages.
Elsewhere, South African sensation Willie “White Lion” van Rooyen makes his promotional debut against surging Uzbek finisher Avazbek “Ninzya” Kholmirzaev in a flyweight duel.
The 23-year-old former EFC Flyweight Champion arrives with a pristine 7-0 record, showcasing a well-rounded skill set built on world-class kickboxing fundamentals.
He faces immediate fire against Kholmirzaev, who compiled a 7-1 record at ONE Friday Fights with a jaw-dropping 92 percent finishing rate.
Two more flyweight MMA matchups complete the card. Lito “Thunder Kid” Adiwang has spent years at strawweight, but the 32-year-old Filipino believes flyweight is where he truly belongs.
After Keito “Pocket Monk” Yamakita shut down his three-fight win streak earlier this year, Adiwang decided it was time for a change. At his natural weight, his explosive speed and power could reach new levels of effectiveness.
Standing across from him is Mauro “Dinamita” Mastromarini, who’s also making a weight adjustment. The Argentine had a rough welcome to ONE when Bumina-ang finished him in the opening round at bantamweight.
Mastromarini tore through South America with a 17-4 mark, and the 27-year-old knows he’s better than that debut showed.
Elsewhere, Gilbert Nakatani meets Eko Roni Saputra, with both looking to shake off recent setbacks.
The California native brings his wrestling pedigree into battle against the Indonesian veteran, who looks to rediscover the submission game that once powered him to seven straight wins.
The flyweight Muay Thai division delivers two potential show-stealers.
Short-notice replacement Taiki “Silent Sniper” Naito looks to keep rolling when he battles Nakrob Fairtex, who’s desperate to reclaim his spot in the top five.
The Japanese veteran just handed Johan “Panda Kick” Estupinan his first loss in June. Now he faces Nakrob, who’s trying to erase the memory of getting knocked out in under a minute by Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi.
The Thai striker had been on fire before that setback, finishing multiple opponents during a dominant stretch that had him knocking on the ONE World Title picture door.
In another spotlight clash, Suablack Tor Pran49 meets Johan Estupinan in a striker’s dream matchup.
Suablack has found his groove again after a rough patch, stringing together wins over Sangarthit Looksaikongdin and legend Seksan Or Kwanmuang.
Meanwhile, Estupinan brings flash and fury into every exchange, and the 23-year-old Colombian is hungry to bounce back after Naito snapped his 27-fight unbeaten streak.
