Speaking on the Indian shuttler, Lakshya Sen has stated that he is enjoying 'badminton much more' after the former made it to the semis of the India Open 2026 tournament.
“I think everyone agrees that. I’m in a much better space definitely in terms of my game. I’m enjoying badminton much more,” Sen was quoted in Sportstar.

Lakshya Sen’s clash with Lin Chun Yi has been delayed to 6:30 PM, with one more match still to be played on Court 1 before their encounter.

Lakshya Sen’s run ends as Lin Chun Yi claims victory! Pushed deep into his backhand side, Sen manages a return but loses his balance, falling to the court. Lin seizes the moment to take the point and the match, advancing to the men’s singles semi-finals. India’s campaign at the 2026 India Open comes to an end in the quarter-finals.
