  • There is a need to impart education on the changes in the human body with the onset of puberty.

  • The syllabus should be conceptualised by the NCERT and no other private body should undertake the exercise.
    Organisations like NACO, with their constant talk of HIV/AIDS, are actually promoting safe sex among adolescents that is inimical to Indian culture.

  • There should be more emphasis on moral education, as values have eroded over the years.
