Liver: Part of the left side damaged and has been continuously oozing blood. The blood has been contained and according to Dr Rela from London, a liver transplant is not necessary as of now.

Pancreas/duodenum: Also damaged, resulting in release of harmful enzymes
Inferior Vena Cava: The vein carrying blood back to the lungs was hit, resulting in massive blood loss. Has been repaired. He has been given over 30 litres of blood.
Kidneys: The kidneys are not functioning and Mahajan is on constant dialysis.
Blood Pressure: Mahajan’s systolic BP had gone down to 50 (normal 120) and was being maintained by drugs.
Status: Mahajan’s condition continued to be critical. The bullets were still wedged in his body. His kidneys were failing which is often followed by lung failure and also multiple-organ failure. He is on continuous renal replacement therapy and life-saving drugs. The drugs were being gradually reduced. His blood pressure had somewhat stabilised since the attack.
