After General Musharraf, it now seems Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz too has an Indian connection. His wife Rukhsana was born in Sabzibagh locality in downtown Patna before her parents migrated to Karachi. But they still have relatives here. Her father’s elder brother, Mahmood Shah, was a well-known physician until he died a few years back. Several of Rukhsana’s Indian relatives had attended the wedding in Karachi. The few remaining ones received invitations to their daughter’s wedding to the son of a retired admiral, held recently. Rail minister Laloo Yadav, who met the couple at Hyderabad House, must have had little difficulty breaking the ice with the "son-in-law of Bihar".
