The deceased leader’s wife was 63, and was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai for treatment, sources said.
AIADMK co-coordinator and former Chief Minister K Palaniswami along with several party office-bearers rushed to the hospital on hearing about Vijayalakshmi’s demise. (With PTI inputs)
