Former Pakistan ambassador to United States Husain Haqqani has said that any high-level meeting between the two Asian neighbours (India and Pakistan) would be meaningless until Islamabad ensured the terrorist infrastructure on its territory is flattened.
Supporting India's determination that "talks and terror" cannot go together, the former top diplomat said that the two countries also needed to do away with the tag of being "permanent enemies".
