Food Festival Satiates Cravings Of Seafood Lovers

The menu at the festival is a treat for seafood lovers including delicacies such as 'Pizza seafood marinara', 'Prawn szechuan chilli fried rice', 'Pan braised sea bass served with White wine olive caper butter emulsion', 'Stir fried mix-Seafood', 'Mixed seafood fettuccini', and  'Assorted mixed seafood grilled platter'.

Serving everything from mussels to crabs and squids to oysters, an ongoing festival in the Delhi-NCR promises to satiate the craving of true-blue seafood enthusiasts. The ten-day festival, 'Seafood Symphony', is currently underway at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida.

It offers a sea of dishes for the visitors to choose from, including 'Calamari rings served with garlic aioli', 'Thai green curry with prawn' and 'Spaghetti aragosta' (Spaghetti served With Lobster), in Asian and Italian style.

"We are known for curating exotic and unique experiences for our guests. With Seafood Symphony we try to bring on ocean culinary delights and I believe many of these dishes would be a new introduction to the food lovers in Delhi/NCR. We look forward to welcoming you at Chao Bella," said Sharad K Upadhyay, general manager at Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida.
