Unwanted fan interaction forces Drew Barrymore and Reneé Rapp off stage

Drew Barrymore and Reneé Rapp immediately stepped down the stage during a live interaction on ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’ after a fan rushed towards them yelling

Drew Barrymore and  Reneé Rapp were forced to step down in the middle of a live conversation when a fan rushed towards the actress out of nowhere, yelling out to Drew. As soon as the fan walked towards the actresses, both of them immediately stepped down from the stage.

Several fans took to social media and shared the video of the incident. In the video, it is visible that both the actress Drew Barrymore and Reneé Rapp were in a conversation when a fan suddenly appeared on the screen, moving towards Drew while yelling.

How did Drew react to the situation?

The first reaction of the actress seemed to be surprised, and she can be seen saying, 'Oh my God, Yes, Hi.' Drew tried to remain as calm and cordial as she could.

However, the fan appeared to be aggressive, and in the footage, he could be heard saying, "You know who I am. I need to see you at some point while you’re in New York." As soon as both Drew and Renee realized the intensity of the situation, they were frightened and were immediately taken aback.

Reneé Rapp, the Mean Girls (Musical) (2017) actress became visibly uneasy in her seat and quickly got up. As security rushed to the front of the stage, she and Drew Barrymore linked arms and walked offstage together. Meanwhile, the Mean Girls (Musical) made its world premiere in 2017 at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C.

A short delay was caused due to the incident. However, both actresses did not take much time to return to the stage. Reneé was later seen giving props to Drew and was waiting for her to quickly step back on the stage. Also, Reneé gave a big shoutout to Drew for handling the situation so calmly. On the other hand, Drew also complimented Renee for her bodyguard instinct.

Meanwhile, the accused has reportedly been identified as Chad Michael Busto. However, not all of the information about the man has been disclosed.
