The Christian population in Iraq has been reduced to just around 1,50,000 from 1.5 million in 2003. In the past two decades, hundreds of churches have been destroyed in attacks in Iraq and the country has become increasingly unsafe for Christians with targeted violence from the likes of ISIS.
