Flash Floods Hit Hong Kong, Disrupt Lives

The heaviest rainfall since 1884 has caused flash floods in Hong Kong and has paralysed the city. The low-lying areas of the city have been inundated with brown slurry water and visuals have done rounds on social media of people and drives wading through flooded localities. The torrential flow of water has also damaged roads and public infrastructure.
