In today’s industrial landscape, where customer expectations are rising and operational complexity is the norm, transforming the customer experience requires more than just implementing tools—it demands rethinking how systems interact with users, data, and business outcomes. Pradeep Raja, a Senior Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, led one such transformation by designing and launching a Customer Experience Accelerator for multiple global clients in the Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility sectors.
