REAP 2025 Counselling: Provisional Merit List Out, Seat Allotment Process Explained

The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan has released the Provisional REAP Merit List 2025. As part of the ongoing REAP 2025 counselling process, candidates can now complete online registration, choice filling, and track their allotment status. The Round 1 Seat Allotment Result is expected to be announced shortly.

The Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2025 is currently underway. The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG), Rajasthan has published the provisional REAP Merit List 2025, and the first round of REAP seat allotment result 2025 is scheduled for release soon. Aspirants can now complete online registration, choice filling, and tracking of allotment results as part of the ongoing REAP counselling process.

What is REAP?

REAP, the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process is a state-level counselling initiative coordinated by CEG Rajasthan for admission into B.Tech/B.E. and B.Arch programs across government and private institutions in the state. Evaluation is based on candidates’ JEE Main 2025 scores or their Class 12th marks, with no separate entrance exam conducted.

REAP 2025 Counselling Process

The REAP counselling 2025 is a fully online system comprising multiple phases:

1. Registration & Fee Submission

  • Online registration began in May, with a fee of ₹700. Only candidates with completed registrations and fee payments by the deadline could proceed further.

2. Provisional Merit List Publication

  • Released on July 4, 2025, for verification. Candidates could raise objections until July 7.

3. Final Merit List & Mock Choice Filling

  • Final list on July 8; mock choice filling commenced July 10, with choice locking by July 13.

4. Seat Allotment Rounds

  • Round 1 allotment scheduled for July 15. Follow-up rounds include upward movement, internal sliding, and special quotas through late August.

5. Reporting & Admission Confirmation

  • Candidates must self-report to allotted institutes and pay fees per scheduled dates after each round.

REAP Counselling 2025: Participating Colleges

More than 120 institutions take part in REAP counselling 2025, including government engineering colleges, university technical departments, and AICTE-approved private institutes. Notable examples include:

  • MBM Engineering College (Jodhpur)

  • Government Engineering College (Jaipur, Banswara, Baran)

  • Arya Institute of Engineering & Technology (Jaipur)

REAP Merit List 2025

The provisional REAP Merit List 2025 was published on July 4.

  • Rankings are determined first by JEE Main score, then by Class 12th marks, with diploma holders also eligible under lateral-entry rules.

  • Tie-breakers follow a strict order: Mathematics → Physics → age → application date.

  • Objections to the list were accepted until July 7, and the final list was released on July 8.

REAP Seat Allotment Result 2025

The first REAP seat allotment result is set for July 15.

  • Seat allocation uses a merit-and-preference-based algorithm across multiple rounds.

  • Special quotas include TFWS and out-of-state candidates, with subsequent rounds for internal sliding and management quota.

  • Candidates must download and print their allotment letter, pay admission fees, and report to the allotted institute by the specified deadline. Failure to comply will lead to forfeiture of the seat.
