Karnataka 2nd PUC 2025: Overall Performance
This year, a total of 6,37,805 students registered for the Karnataka PUC 2 exams.
Exam 1 saw 4,68,439 students pass. Results were declared on April 8.
Exam 2 had 54,168 students clearing it. Results were announced on May 16.
With 18,834 more students clearing Exam 3, the overall pass percentage has now reached 81.94%.
The three-exam policy, introduced by KSEAB for the first time this year, aims to reduce stress and provide multiple chances for students to succeed without waiting an entire year.
Students who have cleared the third attempt can now proceed with college admissions or higher education planning. For those who couldn’t clear even after the third attempt, guidance and support will be provided by the board through designated help centres.
