Mahindra XUV300 Colour Options Revealed Ahead Of Launch Next Month

A total of six colour options will be on offer

  • Colour options comprise of red, blue, white, black, orange and silver.

  • Official pre-launch bookings already underway for a token sum of Rs 20,000.

  • Launch scheduled for 14 Jan 2019

  • Expected prices will be in the range of Rs 8 and 12 lakh

Upcoming new Mahindra, the XUV300 looks promising on paper. It comes with equipment like dual-zone climate control, sunroof and steering modes. It even packs the torquiest set of engines in its segment and is expected to be competitively priced in the range of Rs 8 lakh to Rs 12 lakh which is at par with the EcoSport. Bookings have been underway for Rs 20,000 with the launch slated for 14th Feb 2019. If you are eyeing one then there's some more good news. The company has now revealed colour options of the compact SUV and here's what it gets.

The Mahindra XUV300 will be available in four variants- W4, W6, W8 and W8(O). It will come with two engine options- a 1.2-litre petrol engine (possibly turbocharged) and a 1.5-litre diesel. Torque outputs of the diesel and petrol are 300Nm and 200Nm respectively. And both will be available with a 6-speed manual transmission as standard with no automatic transmission, at least at launch.

In terms of features, the top-spec XUV300 will come with a sunroof, besides first-in-class features like dual-zone Auto AC and front parking sensors. Standard safety kit will include disc brakes on all four wheels, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and dual airbags. Seven airbags will be on offer on the top-spec W8(O) variant, which is again a first in the segment.

The Mahindra XUV300 will rival the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Honda WR-V and Ford EcoSport t in India.
