<em>Money Opera</em> is a dizzying, immersive theatrical experience arranged by Amitesh Grover and showcased at the Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa, 2022. Spread across multiple rooms, the 15 performers of <em>Money Opera</em> include a young woman who dreams of being a laavani dancer, a queer dancer seeking their identity, a financial advisor singing an ode to wealth and a feisty anti-establishment poet, all of them taking refuge in an abandoned building. <em>Money Opera</em>, therefore, becomes a commentary on the fate of dreams in a society abandoned by the wealthy 1 percent.
