Chiranjeevi's Kaaka First Glimpse Revealed, Locks Sankranthi 2027 Release Date

Chiranjeevi and Bobby Kolli's Mega158's official title has been announced. On Megastar Chiranjeevi's 71st birthday, the makers announced the title Kaaka. The first teaser was also released alongside the first-look poster. birthday. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release during the Sankranthi season. It will debut in cinemas on January 13, 2027.

About Kaaka

Chiranjeevi plays Satyam. The three-minute promotional clip depicts him as a highly regarded supervisor at Ammaji Aqua Industries in Ravulapalem. Apart from his factory duties, he maintains a deeply affectionate relationship with his daughter.

The narrative shifts suddenly. An employee accidentally drops a scooter key into a massive shrimp tank. Satyam uses a powerful magnet to fish it out.

The magnet drags up hidden firearms. This discovery suggests Satyam hides a violent past as a mobster beneath his humble exterior. The promotional clip ends with him firing weapons in a high-octane battle.

Reunion and production

Kaaka marks the second collaboration between Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli. They previously worked together on their successful film Waltair Veerayya (2023).

Chiranjeevi previously joked about the title before the official name was confirmed. He asked, "It’s Kadiri, no?"

The full cast is yet to be announced. S Thaman has composed the soundtrack. In June Chiranjeevi and the production team traveled to Pollachi to shoot several important sequences during an extensive shooting schedule.
