Tensions peaked when Neha’s father confronted her in the promo, asking, “Neha, do you remember us? We don’t think you do.” Her tearful mother added, “All of them are playing the game, but you are holding on to emotions. You are being used. You are playing that game we asked you not to play. Though left in tears by her parents' demand to leave the show, Neha ultimately chose to stay in the game. Mohanlal reassured Neha who was in palpable turmoil. When he asked her to smile, she confessed she wasn't in a situation to do that.
