'Friends' is one of the most popular and longest-running sitcoms, that aired on television in the 90s and early 2000s. The show successfully ran for 10 seasons from 1994-2004. It starred Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc. 'Friends' still has a huge fanbase in the entire world. As per a report in BBC, original scripts from two episodes of 'Friends' were found in a trash can in London and have been auctioned. The scripts are of the episodes, 'The One With Ross' Wedding Part I and Part II'. The episodes were shot in the UK during the fourth season of the sitcom.

The report stated that these two scripts were dumped in the bin about 25 years ago and were sold at an auction for $28,000. The priceless scripts were recovered by a former staff member at Fountain Studios in Wembley when the show was shot there in 1998. The auctioneers at Hanson Ross told BBC that bidders “went crazy” for the items, which were bought by an “online international bidder”.

The unnamed former worker told Hansons, "I found them in a bin a couple of weeks after filming had finished'' and added, "It was part of my job to ensure everything was tidy and no rubbish was left around. I wasn't sure what to do with them, so I just put them in my office drawer."

The worker further said that he/she is not a big 'Friends' fan. "I don't dislike the show but I only recently watched the episodes I have the scripts for. American humour is different to ours. These scripts deserve to be owned by a big 'Friends' fan.'' he/she added.
