33 lakh shares or 0.08% were initially owned by Prerna Auto Pvt Ltd whose promoters include Lalit Goyal & Sapna Goyal. Lalit Goyal is the brother-in-lawof Sudhanshu Mittal, a close confidant of the former telecom minister & a senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan. Another 3 crore shares or 0.72% is owned by Kaizen Commercial Pvt Ltd that is promoted by Manoj Modi, a Mukesh Ambani loyalist & director of Reliance Infocomm.
