We will find other companies to handle electricity distribution if these companies decide to leave,” Kejriwal says.   The power discoms have challenged an independent audit. Power tariffs have been slashed 40% in Delhi.

Adani Group Yogendra Yadav trained his guns on Adani group. “What is the exact relationship between Modi and the Adani group? How has Adani become super-rich in just 10 years?’’ Yadav tweeted this week.   A clear attempt to bring focus on Modi’s India Inc-friendly policies.

2G Scam Fresh tapes released by AAP claim to expose DMK chief M. Karunanidhi and his daughter Kanimozhi over kickbacks and Voltas land deal.   Tapes show DMK’s complicity in trying to cover up its role in pushing kickbacks in the 2G case.   AAP moves SC to examine new evidence.

FDI in Multi-brand Retail “Strictly opposes” FDI in retail. “It seems like the government has taken huge amounts of money from these foreign firms to pass FDI in retail,” the AAP announced.   Will affect investment in one’s of India’s most lucrative consumer markets.   Status quo.

Contract employees Kejriwal and AAP have assured that contract labour will be abolished in Delhi.   AAP takes on contractor lobby and employers, outcome still fluid.   AAP yet to firm up economic position, in which this will be taken up.

Airport Express Line Accuses Anil Ambani of not being able to execute the project.   Asks government to take over the line.   Delhi Metro Rail Co has now taken over the route.
