How did Amitabh react to the book on him?
He didn't react at all. He simply said "good".

It's being published in- house, isn't it? What is it priced at?
Yes, by Saraswati Creations, our company and it costs Rs 2,950.

A book of this kind would probably be a sell-out at the concept stage itself. How many copies will you bring out the first time?
We're planning about 7,500 copies.

Who has influenced your husband the most?
I don't think there's any one person. I think his father has been his main inspiration.

What is the focus of this book?
It is the man and his 60 years. There's very little of his personal side but more of the professional. Much of it is written by Khalid Mohammad.

As a wife, how do you view his 60th birthday?
Traditionally, this is a very important stage in a man's life. You get into a different mindset after 60.

Do you see it happening to him?
He's been in a different mould for some time now. His concerns today are primarily his parents, and then his children.

Now for the title...does he really procrastinate?
He does and I've often wished he didn't because I'm completely different.

This is his birthday gift. What does he like to receive as gifts?
It's not easy to give him a gift but he likes things that are thoughtfully chosen. Then he gets excited like a child.

Anything you want to change in him.
Nothing. I love him the way he is!
