Chhattisgarh has just 11 seats, but it could turn out be a bit of a barnburner for the Congress. In the 2018 assembly polls, the state delivered the party’s biggest win. But BJP spokesperson Sachidanand Upasane says this election will be fought on the face of PM Narendra Modi.
