Dr. Suresh Mansharamani, a 64-year-old motivational speaker, has built a name for himself throughout the country. Dr. Mansharamani is an OKR Coach, Business Coach, Presidential Awardee, Author of 7 Books, 3 Times TEDx Speaker, Co-Founder Tajurba, Entrepreneur, First Company IPO 1995, Mentor, and Angel Investor. He uses OKR techniques to assist individuals and corporations achieve their goals in 90 days. OKR Systems were previously unknown to SMEs and individuals. He is India's only coach who has successfully implemented OKR tactics for over 2000 SMEs and people across the country.

He was born in a Maharashtra refugee camp, which tells volumes about the man's innate humility. His professional career began with a little job that paid only 300 rupees. But this did not stop him from turning these 300 rupees into a 300-times-oversubscribed IPO in 1995. His company was eventually listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He even received the President's Award, and he is now a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Business Coach, OKR Coach, and Author of Seven Books. 

Q.1) What made you start Tajurba?
I started Tajurba for two main reasons. Marketing has become expensive for SMEs, the buyer and seller don't know each other, and there is no credibility. Tajurba promotes community commerce by leveraging technology (the Tajurba Connect App), where all the leads land in the box of a member whenever any member posts a requirement in the app. Also, there is a very robust review algorithm in the app, which increases trust in the seller. We call it "Trust by Design." The buyer and seller both belong to the Tajurba community. Secondly, due to the skill gap in the sector. At Tajurba, we run various high-value forms of training for the members, like sales, marketing, building a winning team, finance management, scaling up, and getting listed through an IPO. We also have these video courses available on the Tajurba Connect App.


Q.2) What is a unique mentoring proposition Tajurba is offering to its associates?
At Tajurba, we provide a platform for entrepreneurs, business leaders, innovators, and professionals to help create growing possibilities for community commerce, business growth, learning, and personal development. We offer Community commerce, Skilling, and Physical Events for H2H (Human to Human) connection among people of different domains or business verticals to share their ideas and experiences. Q.3) What are the key achievements of Tajurba in the year 2022?
Some of the Tajurba has successfully raised 100 thousand USD through private placement funding. The launch of the Tajurba Connect app and the expansion of Tajurba into Mumbai and Kolkata, in addition to being active in the Delhi-NCR region, reached over 3000 members through the Tajurba Connect app and instructing over 2000 SMEs on OKR has helped them grow exponentially using OKR systems.

Q.4) What is the expansion plans Tajurba has for the upcoming year?
In 2023, Tajurba plans to expand its physical presence in every state of India. It is also looking to add 100,000 members to the Tajurba Connect app. Our vision is to connect ten million job creators, SMEs, start-ups, and professionals, thereby creating one of the largest ecosystems and support systems for entrepreneurs across the globe.

Q.5) What is the unique offering they have for SMEs sector for the growth of the sector in 2023?
Tajurba intends to launch a distinctive program for SMEs to scale their businesses to 1000 crores and assist at least 100 SMEs in launching their IPOs within the next three years. We are already in touch with the BSE SME Exchange and top merchant bankers to help these SMEs scale up and get listed at the BSE SME Exchange.
Over 1000 MSMEs, eminent speakers, and VIP guests, including Mr. Ajay Thakur, Head of BSE SME Exchange, Mr. Ravi Nandan Sinha, Director of the MSME Forum of India, Mr. Sunil Agarwal, CFO of LIC, and Mr. Gopal Kabra, CEO of R R Label, will attend Tajurba's "Grand Entrepreneurs Meetup (GEM)" on January 12 in Mumbai.

Mr. Mansharamani has grown his attraction over thousands of eager, aspiring entrepreneurs and company owners.
