Have you finally decided to make meal prep a part of your New Year's resolution? How has it gone thus far? This is probably the place to be if things aren't going too well. It may seem simple to prepare meals, but this is far from the truth. People will have to put in the effort to figure out how many calories they need to consume each day, how to distribute those calories between carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats, and how to plan their own meals (requiring ingredients, a recipe to follow and creating the finished good). Although setting aside time can accomplish all of this, not everyone may have that luxury.
