Copper cobra

Nearly every Bhubaneswar temple I visited featured a lingam. Many featured several. And on top of every lingam were many metal snakes. Big ones, small ones, crooked ones. I never really got to the bottom of it, but the sight was arresting. And then I wanted one for myself. This one was bought at the Lingaraj temple for Rs. 10.
